Tim Hart
With over 18 years in the mortgage industry, Tim decided to expand his knowledge by earning his real estate license to directly assist buyers/sellers with their transactions. Born and raised in southern Indiana, Tim moved to middle Tennessee and quickly fell in love with the people and places that make the area “feel so small town, yet have every amenity available.”
As a transplant himself, Tim made it his mission to make sure others see the value in choosing the right location to make their home. “I take the time to listen to my clients and find out—not only what house would work for them or their family—but what kind of lifestyle the area must provide. Want a small town but close to a larger city? I’ve got three in mind! Want to be near all the action even if you aren’t sure where in Nashville that is? We can spend time in every neighborhood of interest until it feels like the right fit.”
Tim continued “As a Realtor, we have to listen to listen to our clients and be responsive to their wants and needs while also thinking three questions ahead”. He says, “That new construction in East Nashville seems appealling until I start tracking commute times to Brentwood for you over the course of a couple weeks. Then we’re going to have conversations about how much of your life you want to spend on the interstate.”
Tim has natural customer service instincts and prides himself on finding client's the right home. He believes buying/selling real estate is a relationship based business and, to truly be successful, curating a relationship with clients that extends beyond the closing table. Tim credits Brenda Hines, Principal Broker, with forming the basis for his real estate philosophy. “Brenda is a friend and a mentor. She knows, and teaches, that to be successful in this industry one must always do the next right thing for everyone involved. She stresses that everyone should leave every closing table feeling as if they’ve gotten what they wanted and needed.”
Tim has been a licensed Realtor since 2020. He received both his Bachelor's (2004)and Master's degrees (2008) from the University of Southern Indiana. Tim and his family reside in Murfreesboro.
