Brenda Hines started her real estate career in Murray, KY nearly 20 years ago. Since then, Brenda has been active as a REALTOR® in Kentucky, Tennessee and Florida. Brenda serves The Stables as the Managing/Principal Broker for both Kentucky and Tennessee. Brenda holds multiple real estate designations and certifications, including GRI, CIPS, ABR, SRES, e-Pro®, AHWD, C2EX, CNE, and CLHMS. She is also a real estate coach and trainer.
Brenda is a graduate of the Kentucky REALTORS® Leadership Academy class of 2023 and is a member of the Murray Calloway County Board of Realtors (where she is in her 3rd year as a Director), REALTOR® Association of Southern Kentucky, and the Christian/Todd County Board of REALTORS® in Kentucky and the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS® and the Tennessee Valley Association of REALTORS® in Tennessee.
When working with Buyers and Sellers, she has extensive experience working in markets and price points that favor both Buyers and Sellers. She also has experience working with out of state buyers, guiding them to learn more about their perfect fit within the community and understanding nuances of how the home buying process differs from state to state, or internationally. With a background in education, she is naturally drawn toward explaining the process from start to finish, giving clients the confidence they need to know they are making the right decisions.
Brenda holds a Real Estate Broker's license in both Tennessee and Kentucky and has received recognition by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing as a member of the Million Dollar Guild. This designation demonstrates education, experience and excellence in working with homes in the million dollar plus luxury market. Brenda is just as passionate about working with first time homebuyers on a tight budget, understanding that the satisfaction of matching a buyer with the right home, regardless of the price tag, is one of the most rewarding experiences of a real estate career. Brenda is also a Certified Negotiation Expert and loves advocating for the best interest of her clients while always keeping a Win-Win mentality throughout the process, culminating in satisfaction for all parties involved. Brenda lives waterfront on Kentucky Lake and has specific knowledge and experience when it comes to buying and selling waterfront properties.
Brenda has had hands on experience with a variety of transactions, knowledge of real estate technology and tools, and experience coaching agents at all levels of their careers. Her four adult children, mother and step-father all live within the Stables Realty Group market area, and she is proud to work with both of her daughters at The Stables Realty Group. She is involved in community theatre, both on stage, directing and behind the scenes, and she enjoys singing and playing instruments. She loves DIY and has experience and vision in managing the complete renovation of a home. She also enjoys travel, having been to all 50 states and over 30 countries.
